It is one of the best tools for upper body, grip development(strength, endurance, dexterity), shoulder strength and endurance as well as mobility via increased range of motion, this is great for everyone. It is a great form of training for rehab/prehab of shoulder injury and connective tissue as well as core stability through anti-rotational exercises.
