    Eddi's approach is comprehensive.  It wasn't just about the body, there was a strong emphasis on the mind, stretching, food and supplements.  He slowly transformed me from someone who did not work out to someone who works out four times a week, does intermittent fasting and walks for 4 hours.  

    This is beyond what I was expecting, and much to my own surprise.  He pushed me to new levels that I never thought I could achieve.  He spent a good amount of time breaking down limitations I had made for myself.  He has a good understanding of people and his coaching extended beyond fitness to things I would incorporate into my day to day life.  He even got me into Muay Thai which is something I've always wanted to try.  

    I strongly recommend Eddi as a trainer and would love to train again with him some day.

    I started training with Eddi over a year ago, he has always been a great motivator for me and always ensuring I was reaching my potential. He is such a joy to work with and creates a fun environment to help me reach my goals.

    Eddi always provided a wide range of workouts that catered to my needs, making sure I was able to replicate these on my own with confidence. I learnt about movement quality, muscle groups, correct stretching and patience with my workouts to get the best results. I went in with the goal to lose weight, become stronger and more physically fit. Training with Eddi every week has helped me achieve this and has helped me have a positive perspective with fitness that I never had before.

    I would absolutely recommend training with Eddi. He is passionate, joyful and knows his stuff. I have loved training with him, particularly Muay Thai, and am so thankful for him for all he has taught me. I am so much more confident and happy with my fitness level.

    I’ve learned a lot since I started working with Eddi. I learned how throw punches and kicks for the first time in my life and even had a chance to put it to the test when i had to defend myself from a crazy guy on the streets a few months into the training. I learned what’s the best nutrition for my body type. The advice that I got from him made me change my body and mind set, making me enjoy a more balanced and healthy life that I never thought I’d have.

    I achieved my weight loss goal long time ago, I also achieved other goals like waking up early even on holidays and cooking my own meals instead of eating out all the time.

    I cannot talking enough about my experience with Eddi to Family and friends, my body’s positive change proves the efficiency of his methods.

    I started training with Eddie about a year and a half ago, this was soon after an injury I had weight lifting and Eddie has been my main help in the recovery process. What I appreciate the most about him is the judgment free and his helpful nature. He is very passionate not only about Muay Thai but wellbeing in general, for both the mind and body.

    Muay Thai and the training with him in general has been great as it has helped with my anxiety and being able to ground myself in the moment. The biggest lesson for me is having learnt to listen to my body and its needs.

    My main goal was working my way through recovery after injury and gaining back the confidence with my movements and I certainly am on the way there.

    I would 120% recommend Ed as a coach, as I’ ve said he is super helpful and judgement free, he will listen to your needs/goals and make sure every day you work towards them.

    I’ve had the honor and pleasure of working with Eddi for a few years. He is an individual who is passionate about what he does and genuinely wants to help people break through their limits and achieve their health and fitness goals.

    Working with Eddi, I personally learned to push through my comfort zone. I learned to embrace discomfort from new exercises and workouts at first, which later became my new comfort zone. I felt stronger and more capable to handle new challenges, especially starting to learn Muay Thai. Eddi's approach made me feel comfortable to try it and rather than feeling intimidated, I started to enjoy the sessions. Best of all, he didn't rush through techniques. He made sure I fully understood the one thing before teaching the next. This motivated me to keep going and see what I was capable of. I wanted to prove to myself, and him, that I could do it. He will naturally bring out that kind of motivation in you!
